Ooooh I liked this one! There’s something really satisfying about having multiple books by the same author. I particularly enjoy my Derek Landy shelf because I have them all in hardback and they’re beautiful!

Such awesome collections and that picture of your bookshelf is sooo gorgeous. (I’m so weird, but I love seeing pictures of book lover’s shelves. XD it’s awesome!) I own The Host but nothing else by Stephanie Meyer! I’d like to at least finish read the Twilight series though. Here’s my TTT!

This has just made me realise what a butterfly mind I have when it comes to reading – I tend to flutter about and rarely stick around to read an author’s back catalogue. Must. Try. Harder 🙂
I liked your way of presenting things, so I sort of stole your bullet list idea for my own list.
Hmm, do you own two editions of the Complete Works of William Shakespeare, or is it just divided into two books?
haha thanks, and I don’t think I can claim ownership on the bullet point idea. 😉
As for Shakespeare, yeah I have two copies. One is a modern cheap mass market one and then I have a totally battered copy from 1917 (I think) which I love but try not to open 🙂
I just thought having the books listed in bullet points with the number of of books in parentheses was a clear way of marking things. 🙂
Oh, and that’s cool about the old Shakespeare copy!
The only thing we have in common is C.S. Lewis! I think the only thing I own by Shakespeare is Romeo and Juliet because I had to read it in high school… Haha! Thanks for sharing!
Here are my Top Ten!
I think it is really neat to see the lists this week because, to some degree, they represent what we read as children (or to our children). So often we are busy focusing on the here and now that we forget to look back on the special books that built our literary foundation. I’d have R.L. Stine on my list, too, if I had just held on to all my Goosebumps books from elementary school!
William Shakespeare should have also been a shoo-in, but I counted all his comedies as one book (which, in my library, they are) and he didn’t make my Tenner.
🙂 I gave away all my Point Horror books when I was a teenager, but I’ve been slowly building my collection back up. They bring back a lot of memories!

I didn’t forget Shakespeare – but – I have his complete works in one volume, which kinda feels like one book so I didn’t think I could have it!
Forgot about Pullman and King! and only read The End of Mr Y by Thomas – really enjoyed that one though!

Scarlett Thomas is definitely one of my favourite British Authors, I’ve loved nearly all of hers. PopCo is one I would recommend 🙂 No dragons unfortunately. Not even a unicorn…
