WWW Wednesday 20/08/2014

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading? • What did you recently finish reading? • What do you think you’ll read next?

It’s time for another WWW Wednesday!

Currently Reading:
I’m at the business end of Endgame: The Calling by James Frey & Nils Johnson Shelton. It’s a high-concept, interactive book that I’m loving even if it’s making me feel a bit stupid. WHAT DO THESE CLUES MEAN?

Recently Finished:
Ever Near by Melissa MacVicar. I really enjoyed this YA modern ghost story with a bit of romance thrown in. Let’s call it the #HotStepBrother factor.

Up Next:
Getting my hands on Endgame was a surprise so it’s thrown me off track slightly. Therefore my next one will still either be Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead, Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence or She is Not Invisible by Marcus Sedgwick. I also really need to start Of Scars and Stardust for an ARC deadline. I requested it for the title alone.

Author: lipsyy

Creative Writing graduate. A Northerner in London. I probably love books a bit too much. Also enjoy vampires, unicorns, man love, tennis & can't get enough of trashy teen novels. I find myself thinking 'What Would Buffy Do?' way too frequently. HIYA!

  1. I’ve heard of Endgame but I didn’t know it was kind of interactive like that! So cool, and that’s definitely got me interested. I saw Of Scars and Stardust on NetGalley and almost requested it. Almost. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it to see if I should pick it up in the future! 🙂

    1. Yeah I certainly will. It’ll probably be up on Monday 🙂 I don’t think it’s out until October so a bit early, but I really need to talk about it ASAP!

  2. Ooh, I need to read Of Scars and Stardust soon too. I think I requested it on the title too! 😉

    1. It’s a great title! I’m intrigued by the cover too. I actually thought it was a September release but just checked and it’s October so have more time than I thought! Always good.
