WWW Wednesday! 02/09/2014

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading? • What did you recently finish reading? • What do you think you’ll read next?

It’s that time of the week again! Here are my answers to the 3 W’s…

Currently Reading:
This week I started Trust in Me by Sophie McKenzie. It’s a psychological thriller/murder mystery with a strong friendship theme and I’m really liking it so far.

And, after weeks of it being my ‘up next’ book I finally picked up Shadow Kiss (Vampire Academy #3) by Richelle Mead. I haven’t actually read any of it yet but that’s besides the point. It’s in my handbag, at the ready!

Recently Finished:
I finished She is not Invisible by Marcus Sedgwick, which I gave all the unicorns to (click the link for my review), and Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence which I had mixed feelings about.

Up Next:
Next on the ARC front is Of Scars and Stardust by Andrea Hannah. I also have Back to Blackbrick by Sarah Moore Fitzgerald, and How I Live Now which friends have lent to me. BUT, I need to get back to my TBR pile for the challenge I’m doing. Gah!

Leave your link and I’ll come see your answers!

Creative Writing graduate. A Northerner in London. I probably love books a bit too much. Also enjoy vampires, unicorns, man love, tennis & can't get enough of trashy teen novels. I find myself thinking 'What Would Buffy Do?' way too frequently. HIYA!

  1. Currently reading Joyce’s “Ulysses” ( as I have been for a while – lol). Recently read “Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children” (as I needed a break from Ulysses). Next on my list is “The Book of Life” by Deborah Harkness (third book in the All Soul’s Trilogy).

  2. Brilliant books this week. I really enjoyed Of Scars and Stardust. It’s a bit unusual, but I flew through it.

  3. So glad to hear you loved She is Not Invisible! That is on my list to read as soon as I can, but I keep getting sidetracked. I’ll be interested to see what you think of Of Scars and Stardust, that’s another book on my list!

    Happy reading!
