Welcome to my weekly post, where I sum-up what I’ve been up to in bookland the past week.
Hi guys, I’m going to be taking a break for the rest of July apart from this meme and any scheduled ARC reviews and promos. I’m in the process of moving house and I’m also going to a festival for a few days so it’s all go around here.
Now: Shadow and Bone ~ Leigh Bardugo
I’m enjoying this a lot. I just wish I had more time to read it at the moment.
Then: And I Darken ~ Kiersten White
I wanted to love this but I found it really hard going. My review will be up soon.

I honestly don’t know this time.

Lipsyy Lost & Found 
I thought the whole Grisha Trilogy was good and entertaining enough, but I never really clicked with the main characters. However, Six of Crows (also set in the Grisha world) is Bardugo’s masterpiece. If you enjoy the trilogy, I can’t recommend Six of Crows highly enough 🙂

That’s too bad you didn’t enjoy And I Darken. It’s always disappointing when you don’t connect with a book you wanted to love.
